Cleanliness and location. Older motel that has undergone some renovation in recent years perhaps. Good place to stay overnight while traveling. Felt safe.

I loved how close we were to downtown Helen. I traveled with my husband on our first anniversary trip! Definitely worth it if you are on a budget. Staff was great, it was clean! We did call maintenance because we didn’t know how to work the shower and our tv wouldn’t work, however maintenance came in less than 10 minutes and fixed everything! Highly recommend this hotel!

It was a roof over our head. Served purpose for the price but was still priced too high. Seemed to be staff living in motel. Area seemed safe enough since half rooms were empty. Went to check in around 3pm was told needed give them another 30 mins.
